Store: Maison Welly

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales of products made on the Maison Welly site, operated by Maeva FIRRERA, sole trader (micro-entreprise).

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Products

The products offered are wigs made from 100% natural human hair (Les Welly) and hair wefts/bundles made from natural hair (Raw Hair).

They may be:

standard (ready to use)
customised at the customer's request (cut, adjustments, specific options)

Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site constitutes a firm commitment to purchase.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are:

Klarna

The order is only confirmed once payment has been confirmed.

7. Customised products

Some products are made or adapted at the customer's request.

These customised products cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.

8. Production and shipping times

Wigs (Les Welly) are made to order (pre-order): allow about 3 weeks between order and delivery. Bundles are prepared to order and delivered within about 10 days.

9. Delivery

Deliveries are made to mainland France and French Guiana.
The carrier used is Colissimo (La Poste), with signature required on delivery.
Estimated time between order and receipt: about 3 weeks for wigs (pre-order) and about 10 days for bundles. For French Guiana, an additional delivery time of about 6 to 18 days applies.
In mainland France, shipping is free on all orders. In French Guiana, it is free from €200 of purchases; below that, a €9.90 contribution applies. Local taxes (octroi de mer) and any import-related fees may be requested on arrival and remain the recipient's responsibility.

10. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

In accordance with Article L221-28 4° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for hair products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — in particular where the lace has been cut, or the product worn, washed, styled, coloured or altered.
