A Welly is much more than a wig.

It's a creation made from 100% Raw Hair, handcrafted with the utmost care to reveal a natural-looking, elegant and comfortable head of hair, in line with Maison Welly's quality standards.

What is the Maison Welly Signature Hairline?

The Signature Hairline is Maison Welly's signature touch.

Every hairline is carefully crafted to recreate the natural look of textured hair, for a discreet, harmonious and naturally realistic result.

Why choose a Welly over a classic wig?

Because a Welly is designed to stay as close as possible to the look of textured hair.

Unlike wigs with a very smooth finish, our creations celebrate natural textures and a Signature Hairline inspired by 3B, 3C and 4C hair types, for a more realistic result true to your identity.

Every Welly is also washed, checked and hand-prepared before shipping.

Are Welly wigs glueless?

Yes.

All our Welly wigs are designed around glueless closures, allowing comfortable hold without needing glue day to day.

Depending on the model chosen, your Welly is available with a closure:

Can I wear my Welly without glue?

Yes.

All Maison Welly wigs are designed to be worn without glue day to day thanks to their glueless construction.

If you prefer, you can also use a suitable glue or spray for extra hold, but it isn't necessary.

What's the difference between a Welly Signature and a Welly Élégance?

The difference lies in the hair texture.

Welly Signature is made in Kinky Straight, a texture inspired by lightly stretched afro-textured hair. It offers more volume and a very natural finish.

Welly Élégance is made in Yaki Straight, a smoother texture that still keeps the natural look of textured hair. It offers a softer, more refined fall.

Both collections are made with 100% Raw Hair and share the same Signature Hairline and the same quality standards.

Which texture should I choose?

The choice mainly depends on the look you want to achieve.

Welly Signature is ideal if you like textured hair with more volume, more definition and a naturally authentic feel.

Welly Élégance suits those looking for smoother, sleeker hair while keeping the charm of a natural texture.

Is every Welly unique?

Yes.

Every Welly is made from 100% Raw Hair, carefully selected for its outstanding quality.

Because it's natural hair, slight variations in texture, movement or density can exist from one Welly to another. That's what makes each creation unique.

No two Welly wigs are perfectly identical.

What is Raw Hair?

Raw Hair refers to 100% natural, single-donor, unblended hair with an intact cuticle — which guarantees its softness, strength and longevity.

Some textures, such as Kinky Straight or Yaki Straight, are steam-shaped with no chemical treatment. They can be styled and cared for just like your own hair.

How do I choose my cap size?

Maison Welly offers caps in sizes S, M and L.

A sizing guide is available to help you choose the size that suits you best. If you have any doubts at all, we'll be happy to guide you.

Can I straighten, curl or colour my Welly?

Yes.

Since your Welly is made from 100% natural hair, you can straighten it, curl it or colour it.

We simply recommend using a heat protectant before any heat styling and using suitable products to preserve its quality over time.

Can I change the Signature Hairline?

We recommend keeping the natural texture of your Signature Hairline.

It is part of Maison Welly's identity and has been specially crafted to recreate the natural look of textured hair regrowth.

How do I care for my Welly?

Your Welly is cared for just like your own textured hair.

We recommend using suitable moisturising products, gently detangling with a wide-tooth comb, air-drying whenever possible, and using a heat protectant before any heat styling.

To preserve the Signature Hairline, we also recommend not altering its texture.

A care guide is included with every order.

Are Welly wigs ready to wear as soon as they arrive?

Yes.

Before shipping, every Welly is carefully washed, prepared and checked with the utmost care.

You therefore receive a Welly ready to wear, once you've removed the protective tulle, in line with Maison Welly's recommendations.

Why is my Welly shipped with its protective tulle?

Every Welly is shipped with its protective tulle intact. It confirms that your Welly is brand new, never worn, and carefully preserved until it reaches you.

We recommend trying your Welly on before removing the tulle, to check that the cap size, the Signature Hairline and the overall look suit you perfectly.

Once you've checked these, you can gently trim the tulle close to the lace to reveal the full finesse of your Welly and enjoy a naturally harmonious result.

Important: for hygiene reasons, any Welly whose protective tulle has been removed is considered used. It can therefore no longer be exchanged or returned.

What are the delivery times?

Each Welly (wig) is specially prepared for your order: allow about three weeks between order confirmation and receipt, including preparation and Colissimo shipping (delivered against signature).

Bundles are prepared to order and shipped within about 10 days.
