All orders are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and signature required on delivery, to guarantee reliable, secure delivery.
A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Orders are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste), with signature required on delivery to keep your products secure.
3. Production and availability
Wigs (Les Welly) are made to order (pre-order), with a production time of about 10 business days, plus quality control and transit. Bundles are prepared to order and shipped within about 10 days.

Turnaround varies depending on the product ordered:
- Les Welly (wigs) are made to order. Allow about 3 weeks between order confirmation and delivery.
- Bundles are usually shipped within about 10 days.
5. Shipping costs
Mainland France: free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
French Guiana: free shipping from €200 of purchases; below that, a €9.90 shipping contribution applies. Delivery takes about 6 to 18 days. Local taxes, including octroi de mer, as well as any import-related fees, may apply on arrival and remain the recipient's responsibility.

6. Package tracking
A tracking number is provided as soon as the order ships.
7. Delivery delays
The publisher cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has shipped. However, in accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, if the announced total turnaround is not met due to the publisher, the customer may request cancellation of their order.
